INFORMATIONS:

summary:Titans are creatures mutated with mojo to become extra powerful in a process called "Mojo Mutation". All of the Titans spliced from different animals and half if not most of them are spliced with genomes from Prehistoric animals, like the Wooly Mammoth. Uka Uka first taught Dr. Cortex this process in Crash of the Titans, and Cortex progressed to create a large army of loyal mutants by using a modified Evolvo-Ray. Titans are called "Mutants" in Crash: Mind Over Mutant.

Shellephants are crabs and elephants mixed together. They can breathe fire out of their trunks and are known for being some of the strongest titans inCrash of the Titans. In episode seventeen, Adolt Edumacation, some Shellephants are seen in cages. Their primary attack is similar to Magmadons.

Biology

The Shellephant is a large, quadrupedal titan. It is covered with spikes coming out of its back, arms, and trunk. Its front leg stomp causes huge damage. It has twin tusks with a ring on each of the tusks.

The Battler is a giant, vampire bat-like mutant that can create cyclones. It has razor sharp wings and can fly for a short period of time.

Biology

Battler is a bipedal titan who mutated from a bat. Battler has large wing on each hands to fly or generate cyclones. It has large ears, humongous claws and vampire fangs. Battler has greyish fur, but some of them has dark purplish fur. Battler has three stripes on its arm and back. It has three sharp toes on each foot. Battler is very aggresive, yet very agile. Nobody can stand a chance to avoiding its swift slash and cyclones. Battler alone could destroys large titans like Uka Uka with cyclone storms. Battler in group is very dangerous and cunning. Some of them attacks ceaselessly, some of them generate cyclones, which is very dangerous if you're alone. Battler pretends to sleep on the top of a cave and attacks the unsuspecting victim at high speed. Battler is one of the most perfect titan in the game (Fast attack, Walking when guarding, and cyclone storm). Battler also has different combos (Light, Heavy, Light or Light, Heavy, Heavy).

Grimlies are ghost-like mutants that live inside Mount Grimly. They have a leader known as the Grimly Hero who lives inside the Uka Tree. Their origins are unknown but they may be the result of some bad mojo and another living creature.

They are Cortex's servants. They can slow down time, allowing the player to cross some obstacles. They have a fighting style similar to that of a boxer and use a move called "Lock on" instead of blocking. Enemy Grimlies never slow down time.

For their block breaker attack they swing their fist around to charge up. Then, they punch forward (which resembles Rayman's punch attack greatly). Their fists glow blue when charging up the block breaker attack. Their "Lock on" move causes the Grimly using it to point at an enemy/breakable object and revolve around it when moved sideways, towards it when moved forwards and away from it when moved backwards, which is really useful for doging quickly or charging at an enemy by surprise.

Most of them are blue and bulky looking with a blue motion blur, but the Grimly hero is lightly built, purple, wears a cape and gloves, has rings, a longer antenna, sharper teeth, bigger eyes, and has a red motion blur. They are only seen in Crash: Mind Over Mutant. You can find them in these locations: Mount Grimly, Frozen Coast, Wumpa Island, and Cortex's space head. "Grimly" is a pun of the word "Gremlin", which is a monster-like creature.

Biology

Magmadon is a bipedal turtle with skin of hardened magma. It has spiky frozen magma shell on its back. It has flat head with small eyes, sharp nose, and wide mouth. Magmadon has scales on its belly. Magmadon often found hibernating which makes its body even harder. Magmadon attacks with its fiery explosive hands and shell which smashed to the ground. Once Magmadon stomps the ground, the world shakes, causing huge trembles on Earth, Magmadon usually stomps to makes its victim flees. Magmadon also can creates small volcano on straight line. Magmadon can't hide itself on its shell, possibly because the body itself is too big.

The Stench is a type of mutant that is a mix of a bird and a skunk. First discovered on N. Sanity Beach as wild titans under the control of Doctor Neo Cortex, they soon became his elite mutants.

The Snipe seems to be a counterpart, or a rival, of the Stench inCrash of the Titans. Both of them are titans that can use snipe mode and long-ranged attacks, and both of them are hybrids of mammals and birds. But, while the Snipe is a mammal with bird feathers, the Stench is described as a "bird thing" with a mammal's fur covering him. Also, while the Snipe's attack is fast, direct and low on damage rate, the Stench's long ranged attack is slow and is thrown like a bomb, with a higher damage rate. It is also notable that in the scenes introducing both titans, a small fox appeared and both titans attempted to harm it. The Snipe tried to eat it, but was stopped in the act by Crash, but the Stench's foul stink was bad enough to kill it.

Biology

Stenches are bipedal titans. They are mostly covered by purple fur with white fur running from their heads to their tails. They have claws that can slash enemies. The claws are also used to concentrate the stink into bombs. Stenches have yellow-orange beaks. They were popular for tormenting innocent animals with their offensive body odor. Stenches are easily found on N. Sanity Island, being mutated from local skunks.

The Scorporilla is a huge Titan crossed between a gorilla and a scorpion. Its first appearance is of a gorilla with a scorpion's tail and claws with red stripes running down its arms. In Mind Over Mutant, its second appearance, it is even bigger and is a purple-furred gorilla with a scorpion tail and body armor, but it's slimmer than it was in Crash Of The Titans. It lives in the Temple Colliseum near the desert and has an alliance with some Magmadons. There are also hundreds that abandoned the desert living near the Ice Prison. It says in the game that it is female referring to it as 'her' although means 'her' because it's big and strong like the concept of a ship.

Biology

Scorporilla is a quadrupedal titan and the mightiest titan in games. Scorporilla is a mix of a gorilla and a scorpion. That's the reason why Scorporilla in Mind Over Mutant appears in a border between a jungle and a desert. Scorporilla attacks with its huge arms and tail. Its tail can combust its enemies easily. Its Ground and Pound attack can defeat every enemy on the area. Scorporilla shows itself as the leader of jungle as it doesn't join the battle until its goons has been defeated. The carving on N. Sanity Island also resembles itself as the leader.

Biology

Spike is a bipedal titan with brown spiky fur. It has flat head with narrow eyes and protruding jaws. It has a long huge arms with sharpened claws. Its back mainly covered with huge spines which sometimes protrude while the Spike is guarding itself. Its roar is very blaring and scrares everyone who hears it. The Spike spots its victim with keen smelling and strikes the hiding prey with Spike's Suprise. He is a hybrid mix between a porcupine and a crab.

Biology

Ratcicle is a blueish bipedal titan who works for Doctor N. Gin. Unlike another titan, it is very cold and calm, and it never gets angered even when ridiculed by its master. Ratcicle mainly attacks with its sharp icicle claw, but sometimes they need to freeze its prey to attack. Ratcicle has muscular body with black markings on its back and arms. It has protruding fangs which is never used because of its fragility. Some Ratcicle has blue-green skin. When jacked, the markings become white. Ratcicle has three toes on each foot. Ratcicle adapts to the environment by freezing anything around it.

Sludges are Titans that are as the name implies, made out of toxic sludge and are more poisonous and revolting than Stenches.

Biology

Sludges were bipedal, chameleon-like titan that are made from toxic waste. Sludge's body is simply shaped toxic waste, with two or three toe-like structures on the feet, and gooey hands with three fingers and a thumb on arms which could extend to reach its victim more easily. The Sludge's head is round and forms a face with a Pinocchio-like nose. It could form itself into a mobile slug-like posture to block attacks and attack surprisingly with an uppercut (in both games). It also vomits venomous toxins which hurts victims every seconds. Sludges have a translucent body, being made of toxic waste. They resemble a chameleon/frog hybrid in Crash of the Titans, but in Mind Over Mutant, he resembles a warthog as opposed to looking reptilian.

Biology

Rhinoroller is a huge quadrupedal titan. Rhinoroller's body are covered in hard plates and spikes on its back. Rhinoroller also has huge claws, but they rely on rolling to attack. Rhinoroller has two horns on its face and often are used to destroy its prey. It also has huge jaws with gigantic canines extending from its mouth and a spiky beard to look more intimidating. Rhinoroller is very dangerous with its intimidating face and huge size completed with brutal nature, a single eye contact could enrage a Rhinoroller and run its victim flat until its prey is defeated (implying its persistance and agressivenesss). Rhinoroller also has tremendous power, it could destroy a huge titan in short time, it is very slow when not rolling though. It's a mix between a Rhinoceros, Armadillo, and a Saber-Toothed Cat (or Smilodon as referred to scientifically) given the appearance. In Mind Over Mutant, Rhinorollers live on Wumpa Island on the desert outskirts. Their appearance is much of less the same, but their facial appearance is more similar to that from the Smilodon's D.N.A. It also known that males carry the all the armor and long canines while the females are generally defenseless. A Rhinoroller cub doesn't have any armor or much less horns and large canines like the males do.

Biology

Snipe is a bipedal titan that has a scrawny body to support its great agility. It has yellowish fur and dark brown fur on its hands and legs. Its back is covered with sharpened feathers and it is ready to shoot them at great distances. Snipe also use its claws to directly attack. When in motion, Snipes usually lean slightly, very similar to a dinosaur, but they stand tall when they stand still. They also seem to crouch when they use their sniping ability. They are a mix of a fox and a tropical bird (hence their colorful feathers).

Biology

Yuktopus is a giant titan and the most messed up, being mixed from ox, octopus' tentacle, scrap metal, bagpipe, duck's foot, and laser. Yuktopus mainly has yellowish fur, with elbow pads on each elbows, arm guard on the top of the tentacle, bionic brain on the top of Yuktopus, a bagpipe attached on its back, bionic blue eye, gas mask, inside Yuktopus head is completely hollow, working gear on its neck as life support, connector on its groin, and also foot guards on each foot. Its tentacle used to smash enemies, its laser is one deadly weapon. Yuktopus plays bagpipe to freeze everything around it. Yuktopus is a robot, but very loyal to his master. Yuktopus has webbed duck feet in Crash of the Titans, but in Mind Over Mutant, it has a robotic left leg and is wearing boots.

Personality

Spyro is known for being courageous, headstrong, eager and arrogant. He has an immutable sense of heroism, friendliness, and has a fiery personality. He has little concern for his own safety and can be irresponsible at times, being extremely curious and hardly ever cautious, which could get him into trouble. Spyro gets into lots of mischief and is known to be cocky, a trait that can lead to his downfall.

Biology

Goar is a large, quadrupedal titan that appears in the forest of Wumpa Island. Goar has red brownish fur and has four giant tusks to attack its prey. Goar sometimes throw tantrums and uproots trees for no reason. A single roar from Goar could stop even the mighty Yuktopus. Goar has four huge claws in the front legs and three claws in the rear legs. Goar is one of the largest titans in Wumpa Island. Goar is a mix between grizzly bear and possibly wooly mammoths.
